For you old SKool Music people
Evilgoat:
My stolen Synthi AKS has turned up in BC, Canda. 9000 odd miles from where it was stolen. I'll never get it back and its current home will put it to better use than I will. Contacted the current owner and told him the history of the box.
Who remebers the sounds of the Synthi and Roland TB303 boxes from the 70s/80s? I have a DX7 and M1 kicking about oo, must rescue them and have a nostalgia-thon some time :)
feenix:
o.O How did you trace that to Canada?

There is one company that knows how to service them and has parts in the world. I told EMS when it was stolen about 9 years ago, fairly distinctive as being an ex school unit it had the school's postcode plastered all over it.
Thats the only reason its surfcaed again. Synthi contacted the School, who have a record of selling it on to me and the music teacher rembered it being stolen. Having heard that, they wne tback through their records and found my email reporting it.
Jake:
I love the 303
Funny how Roland invent a box for the one man band and it gets used by induced druggies to invent acid house.
I have a programme in my pc that has the 303, 505 and 808 all built in.
