Best song in the charts at the moment

And if you go, you will have to write a review of the gig - for the rest of us that can't make it! 8)
I think Narked has a point too - Nirvana were fabulous (again IMO), but I think they were credited with a lot more than they actually achieved. They spoke to the right generation at the right time, but beyond that - did they do anything new or cutting edge, or did they take an existing formula and make it into something more digestable and marketable? Either way, they did it well. Having said that, it would have been really interesting to see how the band would have developed had things not been cut so sadly short.
Still, Nirvana are gone But not forgotten) and Grohls moved on and I say good on the Foo's for helping to keep old skool rock in the mainstream! 8)

I hear what your saying when there isn't much talent in the charts at the mo and most bands nowadays are manufactured.
It wasn't until I started listening to the Foo's that I found about the Nivada link. I wouldn't say if they were still around Dave would be a run of the mill drummer as you can't predict the future so would the Foos of been or not been formed. What I can say though is that he has proved himself to be a fantastic singer/songwriter and a fantasic guatarist. One of the best rock singers of our newer generation IMO
Gutted they're sold out though, have you seen the ticket prices on Ebay
