my indicators wont self cancel after a turn.

when i turn left they self cancel fine, but if i turn right it just keeps on going.

what is up with it?
is it a easy fix?
what does one do?

thanks in advance

Skibum346:
Behind the steering wheel is a plastic badn with a couple of lugs on it... these are famous for snapping off.

Take your steering wheel off and I'll bet you three and a half million pounds that I'm right...

Reading of this post assumes your binding agreement to this bet. All bets are binding and payouts must be made within 7 days or "Di Management" reserve the right to send "Di Boys" round!

i dont have that sort of money..........

can i get a spare?

any idea of the part number,or is it one of those parts you cant get unless you buy the whole car!!!!

thanks for the info so far

Skibum346:
I think it's a seperate item but can't tell you the part number I'm afraid... a call to your local specialist with the model and year of your beast should be enough to get it.

I had the same problem and somewhere I've seen a picture of a fix using a bolt in place of the plastic lug...but because my wheel was a bit scrotty I got a replacement wheel off a breaker...

Google it!
