don't give up or give in, sometimes its jealousy that makes people act the way they do! i work in a school and the amount of grief i i get over the holidays they get well i wish i had a pound for every one we could retire!

especially when ofsted put the school into special measures!

Sorry to hear that, I only heard second-hand what's been going on.

I dissinvolved myself from the SEOC comittee because I wasn't enjoying it anymore.  This is supposed to be our hobbie isn't it? what we do to relax from all the people making our working lives harder.

But if you feel it's time to take a break it's your decision, I just hope you stick around :wink:
