disco lock spring

When I got mine from ebay I got a colour guide with it as the fitting instructins, I got a set of 5 for about 10 quid inc postage on buy it now,  was about May time last year.

Do you still have the instructions,is it possible to scan & post them up?

Damonski:
Yeah think they are folded in the back of my haynes manual to keep them safe.  Will have a check this PM when Im in the garage

I got mine off e-bay too.  Very fast service and good instructions with them.

Yopu don't have to take the lock apart to replace them though, it is possible to slightly bend the mechanism to give the required clearance and then bend it back without a problem.

It did seem to me though that when they decided to build the Disco, the put a set of five springs on the floor and said "Build a car to fit them!"

My spring vendor stated that they would ship the spring along with full fitting instructions,alas,the spring arrived without the aforesaid.

I have used 'contact seller' to gee him/her up and get the instructions sent,but have given up now after a four month wait,I don't want to seem pushy.
