I have 4x 55w spots on the roof, what amp rating wire and switch will I need to switch them on and off WITHOUT blowing my 90 up!!
I know it goes Black to Black, Red to Red, Blue to bits!!!

Well, firstly you will need to use a relay. Your switch is unlikely to take the current. You are drawing 18.3 Amps so a standard 30 Amp relay will do the trick.

Yep, sorted, I have 30amp wire and a 35amp relay and 35amp switch.
Taking the signal from the main beam cable but override switch for road use!
