solihull-mick:
Well i did say on my first thread that i was building it for a GOOD friend, so money isnt the issue in this case, i do have a well equiped workshop and some spare time, and the pure talent  :D  to do the job,

The motors being used for pure off road pleasure, and pleasure im sure it will be, good luck to chris w and all who sail in her, its been a pleasure to work on and got me a few new customers to boot,

Will post the last few pics as i get them,

Paul:
It's Ruby Re-born but not Ruby anymore

Nice work Mick it's been a very interesting read  :)

ChrisW:
I understand she'll be renamed Bettie now in an official naming ceremony

Mick has worked blooming hard, his welding is better than first class and his knowledge of things mechanical is limitless! From an initial discussion and forming of a plan she's come a long way (and bitten both of us on occasion when the work got a bit tough).

If anyone needs any work doing on their motor (and not just Land Rover's) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mick's services.

It's taken a bit longer than hoped what with other work, bugs and buses    some very very late nights and long weekends but the final outcome is more than worth it, thanks boss  =D>

:) You certainly do have the talent Mick, we can see that from the pics...when I win the lottery I'll buy a workshop and equip it and then practice till I have the talent  :)
