TD5 Fuel filter

Where is it?

May be a silly question but the last couple of days the fuel in water light has been flicking on intermittetly, never staying on more that a second or so.

Now I know that this mean there is water present in the filter and I should drain it but I have no idea where it is and the owners hand book is no use :?

O/s/r wheel arch on chassis  (psssss the light thing they all do it)
