can somone measure there 90 rock sliders please

hi people just after the size of the box used on the 90 rock sliders if someone could be so kind as to measure them cheers

Defender:
Mine are 50mm x 75mm box section.
Wall thickness...don't know :)

Tinks:
Mate you could make them any size you want, so long as there tough & strong.  Remember not to make them too long if you got big big wheels as the ends will catch on the tyres.
