Front fogs not working

That pipe hanging down isn't for the headlight washers is it?

no m8 its a small thin one that gose into the rear ov the spot ?

is it not trunking covering up some wiring ?? its been a while since i looked at the fogs in my old bumper

no u got the trunking then wot looks like a thin 2/3mm thick pipe

hobbit:
Try to track it back through the bulkhead, wonder if it could be a breather pipe from maybe the front axle or elsewhere
