I'll measure how far they stick out tomorrow an let you know, I will also take some pics with the rear doors open.
the previous owner fitted 33's without any body lift or suspension lift, he just cut the arches and doors away till nothing caught, unfortunately the way he cut the arches square ment I had to do more work on the doors than I'd have liked.
When I offered the arches up I reckoned you'll be able to chop the door without cutting into the curved part of the inner skin, the inner and outer skins run parallel before the inner curves away so when you fit the lip, the skins will be pulled together with the rivets (I slapped a load of sealant between the two skins before fitting the lip to stop any water/moisture issues later) the reason I made the lip so large on the door section was because the previous owner cut into the door to create space and the large part of the lip is mainly to recreate the inner skins curve, hopefully when I put some pics on this will make abit more sense
