Drift:
I needed a name for an email address and Driftwood by Travis had just come out and was playing on my pc so I used that, then Shortened it to Drift for Forums as I kept getting called Drifty

Funny as the song summed up my life at the time

--- Quote from: "The Ant Hill Mob" ---The cartoon 'The Perils of Penelope Pitstop'.  I'm not really a very pink girlie, so couldn't really use that - instead of going 'ohhhh, heyyylp!' when something goes wrong, I normally get stuck in, and am currently lightly coated in engine oil to prove it

'oooh heyylp' would have been a little different than last Wed
' <edit> <edit> <edit> <edit> ' when the Rangie spat its dummy

electricbluebadger:
Mine came from a very very drunken night when still at school many years ago,

Apparently I had an hour long conversation describing the dangers of electricbluebadgers that live in kitchens and come out after dark to walk on cold clammy floors?????? ,

I then also went on to explain the full rules of Hasball which apparently is baseball but played on an oil rig hellipad???

No idea to this day but I was very very very drunk....arghhhh Tiger!!!!

Cheers Steve

discomummy:
Hi,

bought my disco and was trying to find an appropriate name for the disco forum i had just joined - five year old twin girls helping me to choose and suggested that as discodancer/queen/princess had gone and as i was their mummy, maybe discomummy was a good name - and 5 years later it still is

regards

ela
