(1/2) > >>

winchman:
Got my under coat and Nato green but how do I do the pattern with the black?
Its going on a convertable Vitara
Thanks

Range Rover Blues:
However the hell you like really, Disruptive patterns should be fairly random, on green I think they are commonly wavey bands of black across the green, trying to include tyres and corners etc.

On sand the patterns can be a series of overlapping cricles sometimes called mickey mouse becasue it looks like mouse's ears.

Just don't use too much black.

tomarse:
i think some of the point in the camo is that there is no set way to paint it ;)

(unless you are american as im sure ive seen paint-by-numbers style diagrams for how to paint variuos us army vehicles)

have a google for some camo vehicles and base it on those. Maybe draw the lines on in marker pen or with tape first.

Range Rover Blues:
I think I might do the Sankey in DPM as it's going to be a mamoth task to get it looking smart again.

MuddyMachine:
Best way would be to paint whole vehicle green, then be creative with the black to get the look you want 8)
