A bit odd

I've had something strange happen a couple of times today on my cherokee (1999 4.0). Started it from cold and warm after sitting for a while. All's fine for the first 30 seconds, then it starts misfiring and trying to stall, then after about another 30 seconds it's fine. Any ideas?
