TD5 front of roof rusting

I'm getting a fair bit of corrosion right at the top of my windscreen;  to the point where something will probably have to be done with it soon (although I'm not quite sure what, yet).  Anybody else getting the same?  It's a '99 model.  I did wonder whether the windscreen wasn't properly sealed at the top.

Range Rover Blues:
My Cavalier did that, it's where the sealer rubs the paintwork if I understand you correctly.
