Blower on all the time

Disco 90 george:
Hope someone can help. The blower is always on. The slide won't move up from 2,  lucky the weather has got hotter. The hot and cold slides work ok on the other side.

Check its connected properly at the heater box. I had this after my chassis change. The cable was re-connected with the switch in the wrong position.
