Yoshi:
On me rocker cover, or more precise on the cylinder head there is a half moon shaped dip where it meets the rocker cover, when i took the rocker cover off i didnt notice anything falling off but now there is oil coming out of there, i used a new gasket but as said there is still oil throwing itself out when the engine is running, can anyone tell me what part i need to buy to fix this!

Cheers

Yes, you need a half moon shaped piece of metal. This will stop the oil coming out

Yoshi:
Well yeah, i kinda gathered that bit!    i just wanted to know if there was any particular part number or owt so i could buy one ready made, as buying half moon shaped items round here isnt easy!

Ok, silly question, what motor :?:  :?:

...just to clarify, is this a piece that looks like it is CUT out of the head/Rocker cover.. or a piece that looks to be BROKEN out....?

could mean some aly welding or a new head, but if it looks like its ment to be there, i would be checking the old gasket againt the new one...

fingers crossed
