Tray backing my disco!!

the one I did I had to put the rear body cross member in too, that was a laugh getting the angle right for the pillars so the door fitted properly, had to replace the door, close it and jack the cross member into the right position with jacks and blocks, took a while to set up but worked

Be warned, I am making a disco truck cab my self. it is not as easy as you might think. you can chop the back off(where the door is) then chop that in half re attach the panel with the lights on in you desired position(the easy bit) but re mating the rear of the roof with the back of the new cab is a total nightmare! i tried it and the radius' don’t match and there is a member going around the roof of a disco which retains a lot of strength and if you keep that...which is a good idea....the roof doesn’t quite look right. But if your going to do it hire/borrow a plasma cutter for the week if i had done that at the start I would have been done by now!
