Help with part numbers

Need some parts for the MOT.
I've got a friend in the motor trade who may be able to get me them at trade price, but will need the part numbers to do this.

The parts are:
Near side outer track rod end
Front propshaft front U/J
Near side front lower swivel
Off side rear stabiliser, front and rear bushes.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Might help if I actually told you what the parts are for (brain not yet in gear).

For a K reg 200tdi on a KA VIN

Also, need steering box. Have found a used one, but as the Disco is parked up at a friends house I can't look to see what kind it is. As far as I know it should be the 4 bolt one.

all those bits are only £5 bits and pieces anyway, as for steering box buy a new one they are not that dear, and a used one is gonna be how good?
just call someone like paddocks / craddocks etc  tell em what you have and need, they should sort you out easy.
in my opinion anyhow.!
