Lost in the post... Evil Devil Ducks...

Hi Folks!

If anyone has bought a Devil Duck from me more than a week ago that hasn't arrived yet (and you've checked the sorting office aren't holding it for you!) please send me a message via ebay's 'ask seller/member a question' (my id is patsy-howard) and I'll drop another in the post to you.  :)  I'll try to pursue a claim on the certificates of posting in the New Year.  

I just don't want anyone to have to wait weeks and weeks for a replacement or a refund (I know how long it takes to get a refund on a recorded delivery slip, let alone a certificate of posting...!) and I know that some were bought as Christmas presents.  Obviously if the original duck turns up at some point, I'd appreciate it if it could be returned to me!  ;)

I sent you an email as well - mine arrived today :D

It only took 7 days to get from the Gatwick Mail Centre to Brockham ... probably less than 10 miles :roll:
