change the rear springs for some defender pick up rears ( make sure they are for pick up 90's ) and that will solve your problem mate, we got the springs from scorpion, 100 quid inc posting IIRC they cost

is the clutch pedal solid ?

no i hate them! rather go to devon 4x4.
it makes the sound when ever my foot is off the clutch! and it wont move when iits in gear....
