For those of you that are slow its because you haven't taken into account BST and haven't set your profile to GMT +1 for those of us who are fast I have no idea what's wrong :lol: oh and it's 08.30hrs now :wink:

Time is of no consequence as it only causes more stress to build up as we rush around trying to keep to it!
I try to ignore it if I can. This medication is good!
