just been fording at houndsfield lane shirley!!!!!!wicked

for anyone local who knows this ford i just got a call to say that the river had come over the road at peterbrook rd...now that means that houndsfield lane (which is half a mile upstream)is inpassable in a normal car!!!!

so i rush home and out comes the disco....wehey  reading three and a half feet on the marker means a lovely bow wave over my roof!!!!!!
