Have you tried a local general parts place? I 'phoned a few in my area and most can get non chrysler brake discs and pads  at about half the price of genuine ones.Unless you want genuine jeep parts of course and are willing to pay the price.front discs are about £50 for my grand c.
And some parts places do deliver.

See if you've a Partco near you, they do XJ bits.
