Help!!!Small bird stuck?

When i drive my rangie there is a sound like a high pitched tweet coming form my car

when i put the clutch down (with the car still moving)and rev the car its not there

but let the clutch out and drive the bird is back

this has just started please HELP

thats what i thought it might be but........................

it only happens when you are on the over run
