Imperial or Metric?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

hi all! im after a new brake caliper for my disco. asked for a quote and theres 2 types. metric and imperial. they didnt know how to find it out. how do i find out what mine is? its a 98 s reg commercial.
also, they quoted me £80+ for it, is that a good price?

Paddock Spares are doing fronts for £66.38 inc VAT.
You'll need to know the chassis number and whether the discs are vented or solid.

OK, I just read your other post and see it's a rear calliper your after.
That's easier then as they are all solid discs and the post 1993 rears, I assume, will be the metric ones and come in at £48.76 inc VAT from Paddocks. So £80+ is a bit steep unless that's for supply & fit.  :wink:
