Change the front output shaft seal on a 200tdi transfer box.... mine dribbling!!

Not too bad - better with a rattle-gun for the flange nut, but that just needs a breaker bar, then it's flange off, seal out, seal in, flange back on, prop on, job done........

I thought it wouldn't be too bad, any idea what size the nut is?? i may need to buy the socket!!

If it's the same size as the rear i think you'll find it is 30mm
