Bikini Winch Mounts

Anyone use one?how practical are they and are there any disadvantages over a dedicated winch bumper?
Been looking at the one below

That looks like a good idea. Saves having to buy a winch bumper, plus I can remove it when not off roading, or move it to the back.
Wonder if they are any good, and if they are up to the job. I also like their hydraulic winches, might consider one of them too.

but.. just looking at the picture i would say that it only uses the "normal" bumper bolts on my winch bumper and the ones i seen use 2 more bolts which are back down the chassis to prevent the bumper from twisting forwards..

The mount is prob fine upto a 6000lb winch but after that things might start twisting and bending under heavy load
