Seen a EGR blanking plate for £5 on Ebay
&
Top intercooler hose on there as well for £19

Are these cheap or expensive ?

Seems fair - seem to remember though that the balnking plate wasn't that expensive from the stealers, also I paid over £30 for a stainless top pipe with no EGR branch from twisted performance, so £19 sounds good....
