6 to 7 hundred thou to by and probably many thousand more to turn it into what you might call a home. I dread to think what it would be worth once full done up. Somewhere between 1 and 2 million, but it wouldn't surprise me if it could be made to be worth even more.

I wounder if they will except rubber cheques?

I've driven/ridden past it myself a few times & dreamed about it.
