Had a similar moment in Derby on Saturday, but more fun and effective.
Water main burst on one of the main roads into town. Cause havoc.
Best moment was ME in the disco and the only one to make it through, Local radio reported the flood to be 5 to 6 ft deep, Made it through in a standard disco :roll: water came up as far as the weelhubs didn't realise reaise how well they float :roll:
passing the queue of traffic, with a grin, Priceless.
PS Sorry to anyone stuck in the queue

she didn't get very far did she ! looked like she bottled it and stopped !! id call that her fatal mistake !
my motto has always been when fording in a car 2nd gear and don't spare the horses, my old mk1 fiesta would have made mincemeat of that !!

Lucky she did'nt start to strip and go for a swim as that would of made the water rise up above to roof
