Replacing 'in-dash' CD/Radio unit

As it says above - I am looking to replace the LR combo unit and I would like to fit 2 din units in it's place.
A standard Radio and an in-dash PC screen for a carputer!

Anyone come across a facia adapter that takes 2 din units?

All I can find is the single unit and coin tray type!
