Cyl head bolt torque sttings

Does anybody know the head bolt torque settings for a 1.8 K series freelander? I have the modified head gasket and new bolts just need the torque settings.

hi mate im doing a k 16 engine on a rover 416 so im assuming we have the same engine i to have the up rated head gasket and the torque setting are tighten all to 25nm and then all 180 degress and then all a further 180 degrees hope this helps you
