You guys have got it all wrong... It means she is funning out of Milk and Sugar and therefore the tea mix is going to be wrong , this will cause the car to stop, burp than complain till its sorted... Again I'm telling too much about my own life here!

Daz got it right first - twas the oil low warning light!

topped it up with that expensive vw audi slx stuff and all is now fine!!
