Bush Tucker Man:
Found the magazine in question, it's Barry Overton; not Stallard

minis84:
Thats right.  I found the website by the way!  Its a 1959 Alvis Salamander, Rolls 6.65 straight 8 petrol (240bhp at 3750rpm), semi automatic 5 spd box, 6x6.

It has indeed been on the telly, and also in a couple of magazines, International Military Machine and International Off Roader i think.  Now I know about this website I think i'll try to persuade my dad to join and to investigate some places we can take it to to play with it!

hobbit:
Hiya

Welcome to the club, keep a look out on the play days section, loads of em coming up now

Range Rover Blues:

--- Quote from: "Bush Tucker Man" ---

Still fancy an Antar, or Explorer (not the Ford variety)
--- End quote ---

There were a lovely pair of them at Beverley, plus a Diamond T and a Scammel Pioneer, sadly I think it's now closed

Bush Tucker Man:
Yes I've got some pictures of the Antar, Diamond T & Pioneer somewhere in my snug.
They also had a Cuthbertson.
