Range Rover Blues:
A apir of 14s would be better.

FYI a stock 3.9 with cats should be 4 deg BTDC, a pre-cat should be 6deg and the 4.2 is 10deg (same dizzy).

Could also be cam timing/wear

I did wonder if the timing problem could be related to general valvetrain wear. However she's running well now with no nasty noises, If it starts playing up again i'll have to look a bit deeper. Hope not though :wink:

Hmmm two 14" fans, I think it maybe cheaper to just get a new viscous unit, although eblag might come up with somthing 8)
