yea that theory works until you have bailiffs turn up to collect debts on the previous occupant of the house who moved out a year before i bought it :roll:

I had that. Two rather big 'geezers' on the door and when I went to close, a foot was used to stop it closing. I listened to all their threats and then showed them my Job card. They came over all apologetic and bugged out.
Too many people have the 'right to force entry' in this country. Our home is our castle? Pants!
