Just noticed yours is a 200, you probably have a railco bush rather than a bearing. All the above still applies, but I believe that, long term, oil is preferred over grease to lubricate the railco properly.

Just to add more intrigue. If the balls are corroded (which on a 200 they're likely to be after this time), it'll be cheaper to do an entire front axle swap, than to buy the bits to replace the bushes, bearings, seals and balls.

If you're seals are leaking badly it would be highly likely that the bearings are shot.

If your doing both sides for the first time, expect a rebuild to take a weekend.
