It would appear that they've changed how the MPG figures for cars etc are worked out, which does change the appeal some what.

however, note these are american gallons, so , err, something will be different

1 US gallon = 0.832673844 Imperial gallons

Interesting looking at the figures for the Hummer - theirs was one of the least exaggerated!
