Anyone got a pic of a Disco 1 with an 8274 on it??

Looking at the centre of the wheels against the position of the axle I'd say most of the lift is coming from portals!

Portals as in Volvo drop axles? Possible, good spot :)

Maarten:
We mounted  the spring seats aprox. 3 inch higher on the chassis. We've fitted springs which result in a 5 inch lift (makes +2 inch) and fitted maxidrive portal-hubs and that makes another 4inch lift and that totals in aprox. 6 inch lift with dual shocks.

Now we've fitted 36" simex but we intend to mount 38,5" tyres.

Amazing truck. Considering the size of the tyres and lift, if i tried that hole I'd be half way up the windows.
