water in my passenger footwell

hi ive just took the mats out to find the flipping carpet wet through , any ideas what it could be  ,
i hope its not the matrix     are they prone for any leaks at all

Same happened to me. Plug had come out of pass. footwell.

Good clean up and a bit of silocone to hold it in place :wink:  HTH
