Rear gearbox mount

Whilst my clutch was being fitted they noticed that the rear gearbox mount had snapped, is this a big/expensive job??? And what side effects may it have if i leave it??

Hi you dont say what vehicle you have got, but by your name i think may be a shogun, if so then yes you do need a rear g/box mount otherwise your prop will knock out is uj's. :(
