Towing with a A Frame

Tell me something do you have a mental problem or are you just a windup merchant.

Towing anything on a public highway with a dolly or an A frame where the combined weight exceeds 750kg is illegal unless you are moving the vehicle to a place of safety. If any of the wheels are on the road then it must be taxed mot'd and insured. because when you started the recovery the vehcle must have been driven on a Public highway or you wouldn't be recovering it to a place of safety. Would you?

If the weight exceeds 750kg then all the wheels on the towed vehicle must e coupled to the towing vehicle. So if towing with a dolly then the dollies wheels and the rear wheels of the vehicle been towed must be braked as well.
