The passenger door window on my 110 doesnt go down, handle turns fairly freely and just clicks.

Are there any things you can tweak or is it new mechanism time?

Easy enough to change - try Craddocks or MM4x4 (as you're in Bromsgrove) mate

Second pair of hands is useful when changing window mech or use duct tape to hold window in place whilst you 'fiddle' with the mechanism

GOOD LUCK!

Well, last night I managed to sort the door locks and fix the window mechanism.

I took the mechanism out and it seemed to only stop working when you wind it all the way to the top so I modified the glass holders to raise the glass about 5mm, this means that the mechanism never technically reaches the top and the problem has now gone away.

For the first time now my 110 locks and all the windows work properly!
