Lifted 110

(1/3) > >>

drum:
Since I lifted the 110, the steering is feeling a bit twitchy, and feels as if I floored it hard in a corner I could push the back end round.

Anybody any ideas?

Thrasher:
You have affected the castor angle ;-)

Some nice shiny QT Castor Correction Radius Arms should be on your Xmas list ;-)

I've some and they are awesome!

Paul:
Oh Yes,

Did a lift on my last Disco, Steering was very light and
it you hit a bump in the road it was button pulling time.

I fitted a set of QT 3% castor correcting arms and it was back to normal.

drum:
So what's involved in fitting those, and how much do they cost?

Will they be effected by bigger tyres at all?

Paul:
Cost is around £200
Job takes around half a day to do,
Just replace your old radius arm with the new ones,
You will need some bushes too as they aren't supplied.

Tyres won't affect the castor of the axle.
