Wireless:
Overheating engine, and engine oil leak.

Suspected Dodgy Thermostat turns out to be a Viscous Coupling AND Leaking Radiator, Thermostat is fine!

Suspected weeping oil from a crankshaft seal turns out to be leaking oil pressure switch, all, and I mean all oil seals are dry, not bad for 11 years and 86,000 miles (touches wood!).

Oh well!
