Bonnet number plate

<< < (3/3)

beatmasterdave:
hmmm, bit of a hazy question. i gues safest option is to fit on the bumper. might as well play by the rules i gues :(  (sulking)

spy:
Mine also passed its MOT and never had any bother with the coppers.

Got mine from custom vinyl I think.  I am sure it was a mud club member though!

Bunnie:
im sure some masda MX5's have them on the front of the bonnet.

if your that worried tho have both... ie take the hard copy off when your laning/playing and put in boot. if your stopped and asked say you have originals in the boot.

i know these days they have to have a postcode of where they were made on the bottom. Ive got 'show plates' on puggy with originals in boot if i have any problems. nva been stopped for them and she past her MOT back in march with them on.

redhand:
Just to clarify the situation. This is a link to the MOT testers Manual as printed by VOSA. and this is what it has to say about reg plates. I know a lot of you have passed the mot with sticky plates, and it seem to be a grey area. But MOT stations can fail you for a sticky plate so if you've got one, and you don't know the MOT station very well I'd advise fitting a legal plate for the duration of the MOT.

Keri:
What about having your plate on the front on your roof rack?
