Tyres BFG or general grabber 235/85 or 265/75?

I need a new set of tyres for when we go to moroco - do i go BFG AT's or general grabber standard fitment?
Never realy had any complaints with the grabbers and i can get a full new set on ebay for £150 to £200 compared with £400 - £500 for grabbers.

My trucks got 235/85's on at the moment - would i be better with a wider 265/75?
