Bigger Alternator.

ive put a granada scorpio one on mine 120 amp but ive had to convert to a single v pulley ,used to be multi v ,which considering the alternator has to top up 1600 amps of battery (x2) it does well
trouble is when heavy winching belt melts as alternator load increases..
does a 300 multi v pulley fit a 200??
or do they do a multi v pulley   etc ??
was looking at a battery management system but phew   loads of money !!

Why would you need a battery management system.
What actually does it do apart from make a lot of money for the sales people.
