98 3.9 OBD II?

You will probabaly be able to connect with an OBDII scanner but will get very limited fault codes and none of the manufacturer specific info without some better kit as suggested above.

Range Rover Blues:
I've seen the OBD scanner in Halfrauds but as usual they don't say if they are comatible with Land Rover stuff.

At best it will give you some very limited emmisions based info.  You would get nothing on ABS, Airbags EAS etc etc

Those halfords things are ok but TBH it's the proper bit of kit or not at all.
I'm ordering the software and lead for the gas conversion tomorrow, at least this will give some realtime signal outputs from the O2 sensors etc.

hopfully a bit of mild fettling is all it'll need :D  fettlings what LRs are all about isn't it :lol:
